Payment is required upfront for all orders, after a decision has been made, and before materials are purchased/gathered for your custom order(s).

If the listing is for a specific size or color, do not purchase and ask for a larger or smaller size or color. Please see FAQ for custom sizes or colors.

Instead of Newborn, the listing states, "Sizing: True Newborn":
Those props, knits, and crochet pieces, are specific to a certain weight, and age time frame. If your newborn is over that weight and/or age time frame, see the FAQ about custom orders, and custom sizes.

Newborn sizes, and 0 to 3 month sizes are completely different:
If your newborn is not wearing newborn sized clothing, look for 0 - 3 months. I usually won't charge for the slight size change from Newborn to 0-3 months. Just ask.

Listings that use the phrase baggy: the item will fit loose.

Photography Props/Photo Prop: Only used for photography sessions; not intended for overnight use; use under constant supervision.

Everyday Use: Can be worn like normal knit wear, and clothing. Use under usual supervision; not intended for overnight use.

Photography Props/Photo Prop: Any listing that states photography prop, photo prop, or photography prop only (every day use should not be found in the listing or listing title).

If the item contains ties, drawstrings, pom poms, buttons, snaps, fasteners, it is considered a photography prop/photo prop only.

Everyday Use: Any listing that states everyday use.

How old should my child/a child be if I'd like to give them one of your plushies?
If the stuffed animal/plush has safety eyes, it is not intended for children ages 4 and younger.

There is no age limit on my plushies past the age of 5.

If I wanted something you do not offer, could you make it?
Yes, so long as it's not a request to copy another artist's work.
This includes trademarked, or copyrighted works.

So, if you're interested in something you've never seen made/never seen in my shop, I love all types of custom orders. I enjoy making new patterns if one isn't available, we can always work something out.
